What I would like to offer as a collaborator…
I’ve been a practicing internist for over 20 years and a clinician educator working in a large academic medical center’s faculty practice. I’ve been involved in the medical education of Internal Medicine residents quality improvement projects and curriculum development and efforts to innovate and transform the healthcare system. We serve an incredibly diverse population from across New York City and our surrounding catchment area and we have long championed the care of these patients implementing efforts to improve healthcare equity so that patients are able to receive the care they need and overcome barriers to achieving the healthiest state possible.
What I am looking for from a collaborator…
As the medical director of Weill Cornell Medicine and a practicing internist in our practice I am ideally positioned to help develop research and implementation of research studies to help address inequities in healthcare.
