What I would like to offer as a collaborator…
As a collaborator, I would like to offer my ongoing doctoral research and insights into the implementation of CLAS standards within healthcare administration, with a particular emphasis on equity in care for marginalized populations, including LGBTQ+ communities. My study focuses on leadership practices in health facilities serving minority populations in Manhattan, and I believe this work aligns closely with the Center’s mission to advance health equity through research and collaboration.
What I am looking for from a collaborator…
In academic collaboration, I value partners who are intellectually curious, communicative, and committed to rigorous inquiry. I’m looking for individuals who bring complementary expertise, engage critically and constructively with ideas, and are open to interdisciplinary approaches. A strong collaborator is someone who respects deadlines, contributes thoughtfully to shared work, and fosters a collegial environment where knowledge can be challenged and expanded. Integrity, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to advancing scholarship are essential.
