Undergraduate Student Chapter

The Cornell Center for Health Equity Undergraduate Student Chapter is an undergraduate student-run organization that aims to raise awareness of the disparities in access to health-related resources. Our mission is to expose students to health equity topics and research outside of the traditional classroom setting in hopes of nurturing passionate, caring, and inquisitive minds that will go on to address health inequity through whatever career path they choose.

We hope to provide a platform for Cornell undergraduate students to learn about health equity issues through organizing service projects in the Ithaca community, attending our monthly virtual seminars, participating in sponsored internships and symposia, and engaging in relevant conversations with industry and community professionals. The undergraduate chapter offers students an opportunity to organize, serve, and network while preparing for their futures as leaders and advocates in the advancement of health equity.
