I would like to offer support in community health and health equity research, connect Cornell to various diverse populations across NYC and a rich knowledge base of local public health history as advocates and organizers in NYC for public health for 33+ years.

What I am looking for from a collaborator…

CPHS wants support from Cornell to research the impact of federal Medicaid cuts on underserved communities across New York City by collecting qualitative and quantitative data on health outcomes, service disruptions, and patient and provider experiences. The findings will identify where needs are greatest and provide city and state partners with actionable data to guide targeted policy interventions and protect the safety-net hospitals
