What I would like to offer as a collaborator…
My research explores how modifiable behaviors and environments impact child and parent behaviors related to nutrition, physical activity, and healthy growth, particularly those that relate to childhood obesity. My focus is on improving health outcomes and equity of audiences most at risk for health disparities (limited resources, minority-populations, and rural settings) and those with limited health literacy through community-informed interventions.
What I am looking for from a collaborator…
I am interested in networking and learning from others in the Center to advance the collective work being done to reduce health disparities, particularly in the areas of nutrition and health.
