What I would like to offer as a collaborator…

My experience lies in understanding the mechanisms of social and healthcare disparities created by language barriers. As a linguist with an emphasis in Hispanic sociolinguistics, I conducted a fieldwork based study that sought to examine the opinions and attitudes of limited English proficiency (LEP) Latino immigrants on care in a non-native language (NNL).

What I am looking for from a collaborator…

I hope to contribute to these research endeavors from my linguistics and political experiences.
