What I would like to offer as a collaborator…
I bring expertise in international nutrition and public health research focused on sustainable food systems for healthy diets, especially for women in low resource contexts in sub-Saharan Africa and the Asia-Pacific. My expertise includes validating novel remote digital data collection tools for monitoring diet and environmental change using mobile phones with low-literate marginalized population groups. I offer experience in interdisciplinary research design, mixed-methods fieldwork, stakeholder engagement, qualitative and quantitative analysis skills (including dietary assessment and dietary optimization modelling), and translating evidence into policy-relevant and practice-oriented outputs across global and local contexts.
What I am looking for from a collaborator…
I am seeking collaborators interested in advancing health equity through interdisciplinary partnerships that connect nutrition, environmental sustainability, digital innovation, and community wellbeing. I welcome opportunities to work with faculty, trainees, and community organizations on research, teaching, and advocacy initiatives that generate actionable, locally grounded impact in New York State and globally.
