What I would like to offer as a collaborator…
As a collaborator, I offer my knowledge of health policy (especially in the domains of Medicare/Medicaid research), activism (especially in the single-payer healthcare/gender-affirming care spaces, and qualitative and quantitative research background. I also offer proximity to other students interested in health equity and commitment to teaching earlier medical school classes about topics pertaining to health justice.
What I am looking for from a collaborator…
I am looking for a collaborator who participates in research that is driven by community-centric needs, and researchers who are deeply passionate about advancing health equity through interdisciplinary means.
