I have a background in operations and team management within healthcare and hospitality settings. I’m inquisitive and enjoy research, using data, and process/workflow creation. I am currently working on achieving Healthcare Equality Index Leadership status for my organization. I participate actively in a diversity working group and am leading our patient advocacy efforts.
