What I would like to offer as a collaborator…
As a Cornell alum, I had the opportunity to participate in the first Social Inequality minor program. As a Cornell faculty, I have initiated multiple projects looking at various aspects of disparities in the subspecialty of laryngology. This includes scoping reviews on disparities research in laryngology and dysphagia, a free gender affirming voice app to improve access to transgender individuals and assessing the literacy level of voice and swallow therapy apps.
What I am looking for from a collaborator…
I bring clinical research expertise in disparities in otolaryngology, and experience as a female academic laryngologist in a male-dominated surgical field.
