What I am looking for from a collaborator…
Chelsea Pallatino, PhD, MPH is the Research, Evaluation, and Learning Manager at Making Cents International in Washington, D.C. where she is responsible for guiding qualitative and quantitative research activities and program design, implementation, analysis, evaluation, and dissemination that integrates community-based participatory approaches. In her over ten years of research experiences she has conducted studies in the U.S., Italy, and India on women’s health, maternal and child health, family planning, gender equity, and violence against women with immigrants, pregnant and postpartum women, and women with substance use disorders. Chelsea obtained her Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh and an MPH in Behavioral and Community Health Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health (GSPH). She continued her education at GSPH to earn her PhD in Behavioral and Community Health Sciences. She is interested in furthering health disparities research and related community engagement through connecting and collaboration with others involved in health equity research and initiatives.
