What I would like to offer as a collaborator…
As a physician, researcher, and Director of the Office of Faculty Development at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, I focus on career development for physicians and scientists. I work closely with Dr. Carol Brown, Director of the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Office of Diversity Programs in Clinical Care, Research, and Training. We aim to the diversity of the healthcare workforce, particularly in the area of cancer care and research, with student programs and initiatives for diverse faculty. I am also interested in increasing the participation of individuals with disabilities in science and healthcare, including oncology.
What I am looking for from a collaborator…
I will contribute my experience of 30 years on the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center/Weill Cornell Medicine faculty to build collaborations and undertake joint educational initiatives with my Tri-Institutional colleagues interested in health equity.
