What I would like to offer as a collaborator…
My knowledge of Outreach and Community Engagement, conducting educational workshops about chronic disease management and prevention, home visits, client-centered counseling, case management could be very helpful for research. Sharing and providing health care information in the community help to improve health. Collaborate with research that can help the community to decrease social determinants and health disparities.
What I am looking for from a collaborator…
I can listen, care and respond to my participants and community with compassion and kindness. Being genuine, allowing others to confide in me. Provide and teach advocacy, inspire hope and give support. My goal is the community members will be self-sufficient after all. I learn from them and share all my resources to improve overall health.
