What I would like to offer as a collaborator…

I am primarily interested in exploring social determinants of health and socioeconomic disparities in Medicine, especially as they relate to alcohol liver disease and liver transplantation. My other research interests include medical education, quality improvement in Medicine, and Gastroenterology.

What I am looking for from a collaborator…

I am currently an Internal Medicine Resident Physician at NYP/Cornell Medical Center. Prior to pursuing a career in Medicine, I taught high school science at an underserved public school in The Bronx through Teach for America. After residency, I am planning on starting my career as a hospitalist and potentially pursuing a fellowship in Gastroenterology. I plan on splitting my time by working primarily in a clinical setting but also spending some time on research and medical education.
