What I would like to offer as a collaborator…
(a) Led team of 10 to publish a white paper, Building Equity in Medical Device Design Control under expert Archer Invited to speak at 2024 World Conference for Quality & Improvement (Advanced Topic).
(b) Looking for opportunities to speak/collaborate on implementing health equity, particularly in the medical device design and development control process.
What I am looking for from a collaborator…
1) Opportunities to speak, collaborate, help pass legislation, help advance new FDA regulations requiring equity (bias perpetuated through 510(k) processes, etc.– change is needed).
2) Job opportunities for leaders in Quality Managements Systems, especially those that require engineering backgrounds (beneficial on regulatory side).
