My program aims to reduce pesticide use, pest populations, and the health impacts of pests in HUD-assisted housing with safe and effective methods. As a HUD contractor I have the opportunity to reach affordable housing providers and residents with health and safety information and health and asthma reduction strategies.
What I am looking for from a collaborator…
I’m looking for collaborators interested in housing as healthcare. Including measuring health outcomes after interventions including pesticide residues, and asthma rates. Also looking to learn more about housing conditions as social justice issue and learning about other efforts to improve housing conditions for vulnerable populations.
