What I would like to offer as a collaborator…
Working to improve health equity amongst marginalized communities who use the public hospital system in New York City.
What I am looking for from a collaborator…
We have experience doing research projects to improve childhood asthma, bullying, high-risk pregnancy for women with CVD, to name a few.
Currently, we are in an NIH collaboration with Cornell, Columbia, CUNY to address chronic health issues of hypertension and diabetes in the poorest communities of New York.
I think being a member would help us network with others and keep me posted on funding opportunities with CCHEq.
