Health Equity/Research Interest

As a member of Cornell Cooperative Extension Tompkins County’s Nutrition and Health team, I work primarily on cross-sector collaborative projects aimed to integrate clinical and social care and improve access to community resources that mitigate health disparities and improve well-being. I have experience in community-engaged public health program design and development, and a particular interest in advancing campus and community collaboration to connect university resources to community needs.

Expertise/Goals

I am looking forward to expanding my network of collaborators who want to break down barriers between sectors and enhance the ability of all health and social care providers to deliver high quality person-centered care. I am especially interested in collaborations that directly engage community members with lived experience of accessing local programs and services in the work of improving systems.
