Health Equity/Research Interest
I am interested in improving health disparity and health literacy in minority populations.
Expertise/Goals
Being able to communicate effectively with the Chinese population (Cantonese and Mandarin) would allow me to deliver community lectures to increase health literacy, as well as educating them on health care opportunities including telemedicine to narrow the gap in health disparity. By joining the center for health equity, I hope to meet collaborators with similar interests and extend the education and resources to different populations that share similar struggles.
