Health Equity/Research Interest
As an industry-based health equity leader and dual-degree student at Cornell, I offer experience designing and operationalizing diverse, community-engaged clinical research—especially around inclusive trial enrollment, race/ethnicity data quality, and social determinants of health. I’m excited to co-create pragmatic projects that translate community priorities and data into concrete changes in practice, policy, and digital tools across New York State and beyond.
Expertise/Goals
I’m looking for community partners, trainees, and faculty who want to rigorously co-design and evaluate interventions that advance health equity at the intersection of clinical research, primary care, and community-based services. I especially value collaborators who center lived experience, share power with communities, and are committed to building durable, scalable models that can inform practice and policy.
