Health Equity/Research Interest
I have over a decade of experience designing and building software systems to empower marginalized communities. Currently, my research is in designing technology to collectively mobilize community-based caregivers, including home care workers in the United States and community health workers in India. I can contribute my skills in research (qualitative interviews and focus groups), design (design thinking, prototyping), development (websites, smartphone applications, machine learning), and community-driven project management (stakeholder management, equitable research).
Expertise/Goals
I would like to collaborate with others who are also interested in empowering marginalized communities through meaningful participation and community-driven efforts. I would especially like to pair my skills in technology with others who have domain or geographic expertise in health, labor, or policy.
