Health Equity/Research Interest
I am a Physician Assistant. I am currently teaching Clinical Assessment and Behavioral/Psychiatric medicine at the Physician Assistant school at Ithaca College. I have practiced Emergency medicine and Psychiatry as a PA for over a decade.
I also have an MFA and I believe in the value of the arts.
Expertise/Goals
I would like the skills and opportunities to better serve health equity. The PA profession is based, at its inception, on mobilizing clinicians to address health equity, health disparities and the needs of the underserved. I also believe in scaling these complex aims to address and include broader community, environmental, educational, inclusion, and aesthetic needs, to name a few.
