My research interests focus on cardiothoracic surgical technique/technology innovation and biopharmaceutical synthesis and clinical application. Additionally I seek to translate research into affordable and thus practical solutions to health issues that can be used by patients of all disparities regardless of socio-economic background/standing.

I hope to share my passion for healthcare and medical sciences with the Cornell Center for Health Equity in bridging the divide that currently exists within many of the research labs and the medical school/ health center rooted in Cornell.
