Health Equity/Research Interest
I explore the role that employment relations factors play in the healthcare industry. As such, I examine the effects of a variety of workplace innovations, including new technology, delivery of care models, and innovative work practices, on patients, frontline employees, and organizational performance.
Expertise/Goals
I believe that my focus on work and workforce related factors can add value to the center. I especially interested in the link between working conditions and outcomes for workers and patients, a link that has the capacity to inform a host of equity related research questions.
