Health Equity/Research Interest
As a hospitalist and clinical ethicist with a background in literature, creative writing, and narrative medicine, I’m interested in patient-centered care that is humanistic in orientation, attentive to language and narrative, and takes a broad and patient-defined view of what health and wellbeing mean.
Expertise/Goals
I am interested in further developing my clinical, ethical, narrative, and writerly skills to build a more equitable medical-education environment and learn how to measure and harness the impact of interventions in health equity on everyday clinical practice.
