Health Equity/Research Interest
While I have not been engaged in research, my interests in the past decade of clinical work and volunteer activity have focused on improving access to health care, particularly among undomiciled women, LGBTQ people, and those with SUD.
Expertise/Goals
As director of an Internal Medicine Residency Program, whose goal is to train residents to become primary care physicians who improve healthcare equity for the medically underserved, I am hoping to be introduced to others in the community who can help me to achieve this goal through collaboration on community engagement projects, educational opportunities and mentorship.
