Expertise/Goals

I look forward to provide a Cambodian born Chinese ethnic refugee, raised in New York City with public and private funds, experience with public and private schools; which led to a government and non-government career in health and financial services: particularly with major corporations in New York City and Fairfax County, Virginia. I look forward to becoming a Principal Researcher with collaboration and education with the Center as Dean Janice Turner of the College of Arts and Science first introduced me to Cornell University at the Medical Campus.
