Health Equity/Research Interest

My research interests lie in finding gaps in palliative care utilization and addressing racial disparity in access to and quality of end-of-life care. I currently work with the Patient Activated Learning System (PALS) to write patient education materials with the goal of ensuring equal access to quality health information for patients and caregivers of all backgrounds.

Expertise/Goals

I graduated from Cornell University (’18) with a B.S. in Human Biology Health and Society and a minor in Gerontology. I hope my current role as a Medical Content Developer for PALS and my connections with the Cornell-Ithaca and the NYC community will help facilitate intercampus collaborations to help serve underserved communities and promote health equity.
